Just wondered is it possible to actually drink too much water?

I know the cd booklet recommends 2 and a quarter litres but most people seem to get through 4 litres or even more.

Would be interested to hear from anybody that knows.

    Don't diet anymore!
Yes you can drink too much water so be careful.

I asked my GP and he said over 12 litres was very dangerous so never to go over 8 litres in a day and space it out.

I therefore recommend to customers that girls drink 4 litres and bigger guys drink 6 litres and no more.

Sure is possible, but very rare. The main side effects are leg cramps, especially at night, I got those if I drank over 6 ltrs.

Icemoose theory, and a great theory is 4 ltrs for females and 6 litres for men, and I stuck to 4/5 litres and had continous losses x
