is it safe for me to do the slimandsave plan?

hi i was just wondering i if any of you can advise me on if slimandsave is a good choice for me, basically i am due to start ivf in 6 months bu t i need to lose 20 kg before that also i have a underactive thyroid which is controled by meds, do u think it is safe for me to go on this for a month or 2?

Thats the on site info... without knowing your meds and history its hard to say for sure. But if your concerned ask your doc?

im sure there is someone else on s&s on thyroid meds :S cant remember who though...
