    possible to loose weight and stay the same weight???? if so how????,my clothes are feeling looser again:confused:, i have my wi tomorrow and i always jump on my scales the day before (umm dont know why tho)according to mine ive stayed the same:sigh: how can this be:(, im a little disappointed as my weight loss has been good so far.

    Yep some weeks i lost inches and not weight

    Crappy but factual and well.... the scales are odd things

    inch loss and weight loss are not linear to each other. Its entirely possible to lose inches but not weight at the same time and vice versa.

    Hang in there the scales might whoosh.

    Same here, the weeks where I've had a lower loss I've actually noticed my clothes felt bigger, it's just a freak of nature and I think so long as your clothes are feeling bigger you'll definitely be losing weight xxx
