Hi everyone

I'm new on Exante ( previously Cambridge ) is there a guide book we can buy or anything as all I have is the products I bought online and nothing to tell me what's what ?

Thanks in advance x

No, you do get a guide with your order but everything you need to know is on here, I've done it since Christmas and lost 5 stone, everything I've needed to know someone on here has been able to answer

Thanks girls, will try the link now. Much appreciate it.

Just a quick question from reading diary's I'm reading about Bullion ?
Not sure what were allowed and not allowed apart from my 3 products ?

Thanks x

You can have some boillion in addition to your packs, it's this one. My Tesco sells it and you can get it in health food stores:

You only need about a third of a teaspoon in hot water, much more than that and it gets too strong and too salty tasting. It's nice if you've used up al your packs and fancy something hot and savoury.

Thanks, I will look out for that on my next Tesco delivery :)

Just added to my delivery but couldn't get the organic one ? Bargain £1.70 for a 150g tub.

Hope it won't matter,

Thanks again x

Just one other thing, are we allowed coke zero ?
It's another thing I've read a lot of on here ?

I've not had fizzy pop for 13 days so may not have it even if its allowed but good to know either way x x x

Yes Coke Zero is ok, Diet Coke isnt :) There's a list on this forum with what's allowed.

Re the boullion, when you say you can't get the organic, do you mean the reduced salt? Cos I think they're all organic, but the normal one (not reduced salt) is even saltier and the reduced one is pretty salty. But if that's all you can get, just use a tiny bit, it's ok.

Hope the pic works, That's the only one I could get :)
I've never ever tried coke zero, we tend to use Pepsi max in our house but it is one thing I manage to cut out without any problem.
Fingers crossed I won't need either too much.
Thanks again for your help.
I will look out for the post the what were allowed :)

That one is fine, it's basically the same thing, no idea what the difference between the vegan and the organic one are but it's fine.

Phewwwwwww thanks for the reassurance. I don't want to muck it up :)
