i do ss+ and chicken is fine to have,it wont knock you out of ketosis hun,are you just ss`ing??

im on ss+ and i have chicken. but had abit to much today:(

I'm on SS, I just thought I should have something to make up for the soup I spilt but not so sure I should have now. :confused:

Don't worry a little bit of chicken won't do you any harm. I spilt a whole shake once and had a chicken salad for lunch instead - I was fine that week. Now I take extra packs to work just in case, though.
