Is this goal unreasonable?

You've done great so far on this and it is maybe achievable.

I sat down and worked out for you:

You have 14 weeks until the trip.

To lose 72lbs by then you would need to average a loss of just over 5lbs a week which is doable but quite hard. To get to below 200 or lose 52lbs you would need to lose just under 4lbs a week. I think you should definitely manage 200lbs as a goal.

But like Starlight said - remember each loss is a sucess - don't feel that because you haven't lost 4 or 5 lbs in a week you have failed - you have still lost.

Yikes!! Yeah - I thnk pounds, + or -, is perhaps too big a reach!!! Perhaps to get under 200 is more realistic.....and the BIG impact willhave to wait till our tip in the Autumn we are hoping to make too.

ANd I will be so happy with whatever I get - its just fun to hope!! :D Thanks for working that out Anna!!! :)
