    Morning all

    I was just wondering if someone coud tel me what my planned meals for today were ok, on ee for the first time and back to class tomorrow night

    Breakfast. Ml yoghurt, plum, strawberry and cherrys

    Lunch jacket potato, mushy peas and salad

    Tea. Chicken casserole ( packet mix 6 syns ) carrots broccoli cauli and boiled potatoes fruit

    Hexa milk in tea
    Hexb not sure yet may change jacket at lunch for an egg sarnie

    Hi,

    It all looks good. Looks like you've got plenty of superfree to go with your meals.

    Don't forget that snacks between meals are ok, and help to stop getting too hungry between meals. So if you feel peckish then have some fruit or something!

    If it were me, i'd probably have a bit more at breakfast, but still looks like you're eating a lot.
