Green Day.

BFast- x2 weetabix (HEX B)
Milke (HEX A)

Lunch- Pasta and Sauce made up of Peppers, garlic, onions, tinned tomatoes and a little sweetener.

Dinner- Hot chilli lime sauce (from website) on chicken (HEXB)
SW Chips and asparagus.

Do you have to eat all your syns?

Looks good to me! Although you are allowed another HEX A. Also, you should try and bulk up on lots of fruit and veg.

And yes, if I were you I'd use all my 15 syns/day. Otherwise when/if you plateau you will have nothing to drop down to if you're eating hardly any syns to begin with. Also, syns are there for a reason - essential fats and treats that you and your body need so eat them and enjoy them!

How was the hot lime sauce? Sounds interesting!

havent tried the lime sauce yet as am starting on thus (first class wed) just spent 3 hours working out a day haha.,

the sauce for interest is.....

Serves 2
1 1/2 syns on O and G

Ingrediants:-
Passata x1 carton
12fl oz chopped fresh tomatoes
Juice of one lime
1/2 a fresh hot chilli, seeded and finely chopped.
2oz chopped spring onions
14g chopped parsley
1/2 tsp cayenne
1tsp Salt
1/4 tsp black pepper./
Sliced lime

Combine all ingredients expect the slived lime and refrigerate for an hour to set the flavours.
To serve. Heat the sauce through a saucepan.
garnish with lime on top of chicken or fish or as a dip for vegetables.

Dinner - Beans and Quorn Sausage bake

snacks - Fruit and using syns on Packet crips and something else not sure yet!
