is this ok for my first day?

BREAKFAST:
Cheerios with milk 3
1 small glass of orange juice (160ml) 1
LUNCH:
Muller Rice 3
1 slice of toast with 1 teaspoon of Lurpack 3
SNACK: strawberries 200g with splenda 1
DINNER:
Birdseye cod 3
100g potato 1
sweetcorn 1


Dessert: Any yogurt or pudding up to 3 points
Tea with semi skimmed milk and splenda 1

I sooo enjoyed having breakfast this morning. After eating bacon and sausages as my only breakfast option it felt soooo good to have Cheerios and orange juice lol!

Hi do you get hungry as I have to have a low GI breakfast like porridge?
Lunch I have ww wraps with loads of salad and wafer chicken and a whole wheat pasta for dinner and snack on a banana activa 0% fat yoghurt etc I used to this different but find if I have low GI foods Im full longer?

Yes I do find I am hungry actually. Can someone tell me what GI means as I do weightwatchers from home using the online program. Thank you xx

It works too,I used to ww like having foods I used to eat before plan but in small portions and so was hungry and then its hard to stick too isnt it.

I love porridge and wholewheat pasta I really dont have anything after brealfast of porridge till lunchtime as iM not hungry but if I had a sweet breakfast coco pops Id be hungry an hour later.

WW are trying to teach us better choices and filling foods so we dont feel hungry,real hunger not emotional hunger thats the thing we have to learn how to not use food for thats where it gets sticky this is why I finally saw a plan that takes longer to lose the weight 1-2lbs a week works long term as we re educate ourselves to eat healthy and non emotional.
