today is day three so salad yeah so for tea tonight i had a bowl with some mixed lettuce a teaspoon of cottage cheese not had that before ,,the white of boiled egg,, some tuna about a half of the bigger tin and a spoonful of kraft light garlic and herb mixed with lemon juice this sounds like loads doesnt it do you think thats ok got myself in a panic :wave_cry:

Teaspoon of cottage cheese, one white of an egg and half a tin of tuna plus salad... I guess it sounds ok, yes. =) Be careful on your first two/three weeks with portion sizes, it can be very tricky as far as I remember.

Sounds ok...

I just stuck to one type of protien per meal, i.e. only tuna and salad for one day, then cottage cheese the next etc.

That way I juts measured out a portion and wasn't tempted to 'compliment' it with loads of other stuff...

i did use the recipe out of wk 1 recipe book salad nicoise but instead of full tin of tuna i had half and a teaspoon of cottage cheese to see if i like it
