hi i just wondered if someone would read through my diary and tell me if ive consumed too much!!

BF- 2 slices bacon ( all fat removed), 2 scrambled eggs, tinned toms and grapes

L- left over chicken dish ( chicken, new potatoes, spinach, tinned toms and baby fresh tomatoes) 1 syn for dish. also had 1 slice of wholemeal bread = H/B

D- Chargrilled chicken, salad and a mug shot followed by fruit and yogurt!!

a= milk
b= bread
Syns- 1 chicken dish,thats all so far!

Nope, that looks fine to me. I eat way more!!! So long as you just eat till you're full and not absolutely stuffed then you should be fine.
