Is two bars really that bad??

Just (ANOTHER!) quick question:
Is two bars really that bad in one day? What's the big deal, does it kick you out of ketosis? Too many calories? :confused:
I'd love to have two instead of one, think I'd go much further for longer!:rolleyes:

In some people the higher carb content can knock them out of ketosis.

Also, they can cause very painful loud rattling wind :eek:as I have had two on the odd occasion and I can tell you leaving the house is not an option.:sign0007:

Ive done it on more than one occasion and trust me never again, i don't even eat bars now. Not to mention you could fart and blow up like a nuclear power station. Dont do it.

before starting CD hubby used to be really bad with wind then it stopped.. till he started on the bars.. so now hes back but at least now he dont stink the house out :D
