As promised! I'm not doing SW at the moment but I'll do the syns anyway based on EE which I used to do!

1 mug of cous cous
2 mixed colours peppers
1 red chilli
4 spring onions
Half a bunch of dill
200g frozen peas
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (12)
Juice of a lemon

This serves about 4 i'd say for a lunch time meal, therefore 3 syns each.

Put the mug of couscous and 2 mugs of boiling water in a bowl with a pinch of salt, stir once and cover. Remove the stalk and seeds from the chilli and peppers, roughly chop, then put these in a food processor with the trimmed spring onions and the dill until everything is finely chopped. Scatter this mixture int a large bowl / dish.

Pop the peas into a pan of boiling water for 5 mins or so, drain and add them to the veg mixture, squeeze over the juice of a lemon and the extra virgin olive oil. Mix together and then add the couscous, mix well and season to taste. Enjoy!

I have to start making couscous. Great idea for work lunches!! Thanks for the idea :)

You look great in the pics hun, fab transformation xx

Hello lovely! Just wanted to say quickly, there are these ready meals called 'Look what we found' and they're like... in the non fridge section, and there is a beef casserole tray that's 198 calories and it's actually quite filling and really tasty. They're produced from some farm so it's all healthy yum stuff! You seem to be doing super awesome so far so good luck with it all and I hope it goes well for you! :) x

Ooh thanks, I'll keep an eye out for that range! Can you get them in Asda / Tesco etc? Funnily enough I've been looking at other 'good' ready meals online, and also on my list to try is stuff from "Amy's Kitchen" which is all natural and organic, along with "Kirsty's" A few people doing the 5:2 also like the Quorn meals...got lots of things to try! xx

The 'Kirsty' ones look lovely! I bought mine from tesco :) They do a few other ones, the chicken curry ones are amazinggg but a bit higher in cals! As I'm on CD at the moment I can't eat anything (joyus!) but once I'm at target I'm hoping to 5:2 it up so it's awesome seeing your progress and knowing that it works! x

2lbs off. Woohoo! To think I've lost 6lbs in the last 2 weeks is crazy. Before this, it had got to the stage of lose 1, gain 1, lose 1, gain 2 etc. good times :D

That panini looks crazy awesome. I used to get them from Cafe Nero! Uhmazing. Well done on your epic loss too!

Cambridge diet is going well so far but I'm only on my 4th day! It's suprisingly easy though, but definitely not for everyone. I'm only really doing it as I'm getting married in 5 months so it's like, desperate measures time lol but I've only got 11.3 (not that I'm counting!) weeks left on it and then I will 5:2 for a bit! Hope you have a good week and enjoyed your muller shake! :) x

Glad it's going well for you so far! Just take 1 day at a time and I'm sure you'll get there :) Had a quick flick through your posts last night and seen you can get soups too? That's good, for some reason I thought Cambrdige was just shakes. Exciting times about the wedding- make sure your dress still fits though haha! Not had my milkshake yet..I'm thinking tonight, during the soaps. Yum xx
