Yah well done :) 4lb is fab! I can't wait to get weighed at the end of the week! Well done on the will power last night too. Think I've decided to do my fast Sunday instead now Saturday will be too hard I think! Xx

Thankyouu, means a lot! It's such a relief to see the scales going down as it just wasn't happening. Very much an incentive to keep going as I was kind of in a place where I was getting so frustrated. Not expecting a loss like that every week but 2lbs a week would be fabulous and is what I'm hoping for :D xx

No such recipe as such, literally was just chucking stuff in lol! Ingredients were egg noodles, pork loins cut into strips, finely chopped lemongrass, red chilli, lime juice, a bit of stock, onions, ginger, fish sauce and coriander :D xx
 
Morning everyone!

Was hoping for a nice lie in this morning but I woke up stupidly early. Can't complain though as I'm still just lounging around! Gonna be quite a chilled day, just need to wash my hair etc and gonna have a bit of a sort out before I meet some friends at 5ish for food before heading over to the Sage for a gig. Food today is really undecided...might make some chicken and sweetcorn soup? Shall update later on!

Hey how you getting on? I've got my 2nd fast day tomorrow strangely looking forward to it! Haven't been the best food wise the last few days, defo need to rein the feast days in lol. Going to weigh on Monday hope I get a loss! Xx
 
Hiya!

I'm good thanks, had a nice weekend catching up with friends. Minks, the gig was Beth Nielson Chapman (American singer who I don't really know!) but I know Joe Mcelderry and he was her special guest singing with her as he's covered some of her tracks, so he gave us free tickets.
Had our tea at the Sage so I've just updated yesterdays foodage. Today is the last of 3 feast days- fast day tomorrow! :)

Feeling really knackered so a quiet night is in order..need to some sorting out and then I'm gonna have myself a pamper night and give my body the full works! xx

Admitting defeat today and staying off work. I've had some sort of virus since I got back from London last weekend, but worked all week. Was up most of last night being sick from coughing too much! I never have days off work for illness but I still feel guilty lol! I used to be the same in school too. Oh well, sure they'll manage 1 day without me.

Today's my first Fast day of the week and it won't be a struggle today! Going back to sleep but will post food'age in a bit xx

Still feeling pants! I've had this since like, a week on Saturday. Wish it would do one- just feel so exhaused as I'm not sleeping properly either. Hey ho, life goes on :)
I found the Lemon Drizzles in our big Tesco's the other day, was thrilled! xx

Are you getting enough vitamins in you? My brothers fiancée is a nurse and always tells me off when I get sick! If you have a cold take vitamin c and zinc, kicks it out, and then just continue to take 1 of each a day.
Or the age old homemade chicken and vegetable soup! :D xx
 
I've never done vitamin sup's or anything, think I'll pick some up tonight..can't hurt! :) Oooohhhh you know what else is good when you're ill. Ice cream or erm *cough* frozen yogurt ... ;):D xx
