Hey how you doing busy bee? Xx

All good thank you! I've been terrible coming on here though :( not enough time. Everything is going great though..food wise I'm still all fine and I've really worked on keeping my sweet tooth on check! Work wise I'm really liking it and I'm so much happier as a person :) nearly holiday time! I get the train down to Stansted on Friday eve, staying in a hotel with a couple of friends and then we're all meeting and flying together on sat.

Oh if anyone is wondering about my lack of stats changes, it's cos I've kicked the scales for a bit. At the meet up, we had a long (and hilarious!) conversation about weigh ins / scales / habits / rituals! I decided to give them the back seat and focus on eating healthy. Of course I'll do them once in a while though! Xx

Haha that conversation was so funny...

I weigh every day...me too...me three..I weigh before and after I go for a wee...I weigh after a número duo...I weigh before and after a shower...I weigh 10 times on the bathroom floor in different places and take the lowest reading...I weigh completely starkers...I don't wash my hands all afternoon or go out in the rain before weigh in (Minks!! :)) hehe we are a funny old bunch!! :)

Glad to hear you're so happy...you need to share the secret to kicking your sweet tooth into check!! Can't wait to hear all about the holiday!! :) xxx

Nearly time!! Can't wait :D need to dry / straighten my hair etc and pack the last couple of things then I'm sorted! Working earlies this week which is 7.45 - 3.45 but I get to leave at 3.30 :) when I'm back btw, I need to get round to posting more on here- feeling guilty! Those who have my number, pester me if I'm still distant ha!

Couple more dresses. Excuse the state of my parents room lol, seems I took these on a changing the bedding day. Talking of houses - it's officially on the market from this weekend. Exciting!

Hellooo, I'm home! Had the most amazing time on holiday but back to reality now..boohoo :( Have the great memories though! First and foremost- ate like a king  Hey I went to Italy..what can I say?! The friend who owns the flat has italian friends and 1 of them stays with us every year- every year she cooks the most amazing food. Lots of it was healthy like salads, veggies and cold meats etc but also plenty of unhealthy stuff along with wine and choc. Food over there just has the best flavours. Bread was one of my downfalls lol! In the mountains, you can't buy regular sliced bread. It's all baked daily and is sooo good.

We had rented 2 small cars but the company upgraded us to a 9 seater thingy for the price of only 1 car which was lovely as it meant we could all be together. Had so much fun driving to different towns / villages and exploring different mountains. So many lovely places to see! Highlights for me included getting the Birnina Express train across the alps from Tirano in Italy to St Moritz in Switzerland, going to a thermal spa in Bormio was fabulous..so relaxing, oh and I had my first ever mud bath! :D Mountain climbing and most importantly the great company - had many a drunk nights including thinking we were Beyonce dancing to single ladies lol.

Now though - I've tucked away my remaining Swiss chocolate and it's time to banish the pounds starting from tomorrow :) xx

Welcome home lovely lady! Your photos on Facebook looked amazing - I was so envious! Sounds like there are quite a lot of us back on plan today/tomorrow so let's hope we can smash the next few weeks together :) xx
