Hello lovely, well done on getting through week one and so glad you decided to do it! As I said in my text, I'd have jumped at the opportunity if I'd had it! Keep cracking on and yay to the 3lb loss! Just goes to show that you can even with an increase in exercise xxx

I am thanks! :) Decided to stop posting all my food, it's not really fair when it's a small business and they'll be selling the plan. Must remember to try post on here though even if not what I'm eating lol - tend to forget and do it all on Facebook!

Sooo looking forward to a lie in tomorrow. It's been abut a month - for one reason or another the latest i've been up on a weekend in a month is about 6.30 / 7am. eep. Not good enough for me ha! xx
 
Had a half day at work yesterday then late afternoon met up with people from my old work to celebrate another one leaving :D a couple of the therapists I like we're in so was really nice to have a quick chat with them, then we went to a couple of bars in Jesmond. Was naughty and had a couple of double vodka / diet cocked and cocktails. But, the scales are looking good so that's the main thing! Hoping to have a loss between 3-4 lbs on Monday :) hope you're all having a good weekend! Xx

Little update, weight loss so far on this new regime is 8lbs :) That's not full weeks though as we do a 'check in' weigh in on a Friday morning, but the proper one is on a Monday. Went to get weighed this morning but didn't stay to workout as I feel like I've been hit by a bus! Some of you might remember the horrific time I had at a dentist last year..I put off going back but went to a new one last week for a check up and they've completely messed my teeth up and done lots of unnecessary things..so now it's got to get sorted out. Was sat in the chair for an hour yesterday and it was just awful!

Anyway, the early mornings are still horrible but it's fine when I'm there! Straying off plan today as months ago I booked a surprise afternoon for my best friend and it's today! Couple of occasions - her graduating uni and she's going away for 9 weeks later this month to volunteer in a 3rd world country. We're going for Champagne Afternoon Tea at Cafe 21 in Fenwicks, Newcastle and then going to a couple of nice cocktail bars. Will be back on plan the rest of the weekend so hopefully it won't be too bad xx
 
Wow, Jo - what a brilliant loss! You're doing so well and your dedication is totally paying off!

Really sorry to hear you're suffering with your teeth. That must be so miserable :( Hope you feel better really soon xx

Thanks :) right so how I've been doing! The 6 week program finished yesterday. I didn't lose 20lbs but no one did, 1 was really close. I lost about a stone which I was really happy as I had pretty much stopped losing tbh. The group of people I train with are great and Christina, our trainer is just amazing. We can all do so much more and still manage to laugh (even when dying lol) such a difference from day one. I'm staying on too, but stopping from mon - Friday to 3 days.. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I followed the food plan properly for 4 weeks or so but then made some changes..I was getting bored of the same stuff. Just little things like porridge every weekday for breakfast (after protein shake) I just couldn't always face it so I either had that, fruit and yogurt or scrambled eggs which we were meant to keep for the weekend. Dinner too.. Weekdays that was always a salad, but I've starting getting soup from work, which is all made from scratch. I found it hard get all the snacks in!

The plan now? Keep what I'm doing for the moment...if its not broken, don't fix it :)

Breakfast

Porridge (half a cup of oats, 1 cup milk, honey)

Snack

Banana

Dinner


Salad with Sweet Chilli Prawns

Tea

Homemade Chicken and Sweetcorn soup with 1 Wholegrain Nimble
