    I have just read a thread about needing help,id just like to say thanx to this forum for all the support so far after feeling a bit sad today,i cam eon here to have a browse and the support of replies sort of puts your head back on track

    I would also like to say thanks to everyone here. The advice has been invaluable. I found by taking the advice about adding more water to my packs (Using 14oz instead of 8oz) has made this diet alot easier!

    I love this forum and everyone on it and I hope we all reach out goals in 2010.

    Maybe we should make a mass meet up sometime late this year lol.

    I would totally be up for it aslong as planned ahead for time off work etc for everyone. And saving for travel expenses!
