Well its very quiet in here today
Been to dentist and finished my root canal so have to go back for the crown sizing ect only another £150
water had 4 litres not bad since Ive been out for most of the day
Weather is windy very cold and snowy on and off rain in between
had a long soak and got my pjs on so settled for the nite now
pop back later going to catch up with rest of posts xxx

Evening girls. Well I got all my baking done last night, managed to resist everything apart from licking the icing spoon a couple of times (BAD GIRL!) Sale went really well and we managed to raise over £200 for charidee
In my rush to get out the door this morning I forgot to bring my tetra and bar with me AHHH. So somehow I managed to survive on coffee, tea and water until I got home. Now having breakfast and lunch!
I'm a little bit worried cos I've got to go to a team lunch next week (day before my weigh in, typical) to introduce a new member. Couldn't really say no....but I'm almost at my AAM week so I'm guessing a small salad and a bit of chicken won't throw me wildly off course.

Great to see everyone is still on track, well done ladies. Ive been good again today and have resisted many, many temptations put in my way, so Im very pleased. Im well in to ketosis with my pink stick and really feeling the cold today .... but all good as Im in the fat burning process!!
Have a busy morning lined up tomorrow so might not get on here till after lunch time, but hopefully might get 5 mins in the morning before we go out while Im having my hot choc tetra?

Had a bit of a shock today. An old school friend was killed in a car accident in Australia. It made the front page of the local weekly paper and its on the web.
Have been trying to get in touch with her for 5 years or more through Friends Reunited.
So, I wanted to eat. A reaction. A coping mechanism. But I had a 790 meal instead of chocs and biccies.

Frigging internet went down, onlky got it back a few moments ago. I really was getting minimins withdrawal...walking round in circles. What on earth did I do before the web?
Anyway I have been very good again today 5 GT's 3 litres and 2 packs, coke zero...will have another 1 in a minute.
Had my nails done this morning and popped into the village. Still very windy here but no rain today.
