It's Monday**** Lets Do It Hour By Hour****

mmmm Bali that sounds nice....i've now got a few resorts in Dominican republic, one in Margarita, one in Jamaica and 1 in Costa Rica now the only thing that disturbs me about Costa Rica is it advises you to strongly protect against mosquito bites so that's a bit of a negative but it looks GORGEOUS. OH and i'd still quite happily go to Sri Lanka but my mum would make my life a misery and she'd be worried out of her mind the whole time we were away so it's not worth stressing her out coz she gets ill

I saw a load of offers on Bali - the other week, 2wks for price of 1wk half board! It really caught my eye it was about £850 per person. I'll have to think where I saw it xxx
 
Well i've given the travel agent who's my godfather funnily enough, a place for each destination and he's gonna get back to me with prices tomoz :)
 
hmmm i am sure I have heard not such good things about the Dominican Republic. I know Clare I have a friend who I am sure has a link for a website with loads of resort reviews on, be back later with the link if I can find it

What's celeriac?
 
sorry shouldn't talk about food really.

Celeriac is a root vegetable with a sort of aniseed taste to it. Its a big knobbly root about the size of a swede. You can do quite a lot with it, cooked and raw. I have an organic veg box delivered each week and we quite often get something a bit different in there
 
Kind of Becky I think its from the same family, might even be the root. In fact aniseed isnt really the right description but its kind of hard to describe
