Anything tomato based and cooked without cream or yogurt should be fine. Have a look at the menu before you go, and don't be scared to ask for changes to the dishes if you need to! xx

I had a lovely meal out, I chose meals that were tomato based and avoided nan bread! Didn't really add up Syns back own plan today. Weigh inns Wed, so the scales will tell. Thanks ladies x
