Got weighed today by my LLC and I am OFFICIALLY at my target weight!
I started on 18th Sept weighing 14st7 and today I weigh just under 9st. I want to remain at 9st (126lbs) for the rest of my life - and that is my aim.
I'll record my RTM weight, not as losses, but as what weight I am at each week. I don't want to view my weight as loss/gain anymore as 'gain' seems so negative when I've come so far and all I want to do now is manage and maintain it. So I'll just update each week with current weight - and you can work out for yourselves!!
Will be having my first meal on Friday night - 2 Quorn fillets, grilled.....and I can't wait!!!
