    Morning folks, I'm the early bird this morning it seems.

    I'm a happy bunny, I'm back in ketosis as of this morning yeehaw!! Only the very lightest colour, but still it's ketosis and I'm chuffed.

    Weigh in day today, hoping for something reasonable.

    About to start Cambridge Diet SS
    morning all...just going into day 3!! Feel really good acutally, head is not fuzzy at all and I slept sooo well. Got on my scales this morning (havn't been able to for ages cos was too heavy) and they registered my weight give or take a lb!! so pleased...isn't it a lovely feeling in the first week when you can see it falling off!!

    Have a lovely day everyone...I'm off to have a pratical test at the university I've applied to, very nervous!! wish me luck!!

    Morning all!

    Scales have started moving again for me, so another 1lb gone forever! And the best news is I now weigh 199 pounds! I'm in the 100's!!! Woohoo!!!

    Am feeling good today. Clothes look so much better on me already, and I feel a bit more confident in myself. Have done a bit of Pilates the last 2 evenings, which seems to be really helping. I've discovered and used muscles I'd forgotten I had! :)

    I spent 2 hours on the Wii last night, playing Mario Kart, which took my mind right off food :D Yay!

    DD has school today, so Dh will be looking after DS while I have my hair highlighted and trimmed in town. I don't want much length off as I have decided to grow it and possibly have it curly when it's longer.. not sure yet if it will suit me, but it's something I've not tried before lol.

    And well done Katie for getting to day 3! Really hope ur test goes well!
    Im just up out my bed and going to feed DS.
    Not much planned for today. A trip to the swing park and a wee tidy round the house but thats about it!
    Got my new sofas yesterday....i looooooove them, my other one was hard leather and really uncomfortable but this one is dark brown soft leather and u just sink in to it! So maybe i wont be moving today after all!! Take care all and good luck to the losers!!

    well, a successful day for everyone so far. Congratulations to Caress for seeing you are in ketosis :) and for katief for seeing her weight on the scales (excellent!) and to you Sarette for finally seeing the scales moving again. Enjoy your new hair.

    lisacdvirgin ... i can just imagine how comfy it is ... and I wouldn't move if it were mine :).

    A good day for me too. Didn't cave in and eat last night. Weighed myself this morning (day three) and I've lost 6lbs (next loss will be FAT loss ... yippee).

    Morning everyone - Day 1 for me, first shake drunk & all is well in the world.

    Not much planned here - will see what the weather brings. I've been stockpiling the ironing (not difficult with a 2 and a half year old and a 1 and a half year old lol) to help keep me occupied during the first few days. Plus i'm working tonight, which will (hopefully!) keep any evening temptations at bay.

    Hi all going to take ds to docs today to start him on the road to giving up smoking (he is 19 tommorow )Have said I will buy what ever he needs :eek:,his girlfriend has 2 year old and they have one on way so he needs to give up for them too ;).Will keep you posted on his progress

    My scales STS so going swimming to try shift things along ,but I have noticed my size 18 legs have joined my size 14 waist over last couple of days lol:D

    weather not brill today so may not be going to races morrow as forecast worse for thursday but keep your fingers x ed that we get a freak heat wave :character00238:. Anybody got good tips for horses running at ripon let me have them need to win to pay for hols

    Morning Gang - and all those who follow a bit later!
    Congrats everyone on ketosis, losses & hanging on in there! I think today is my 100th Day - goodness me, where has this time gone????
    My scales are definately on the move again and I am in the 10st's - the first time in 5yrs! I've not got an official WI until 28th April so I might remove my weekly losses off my ticker? But TBH its a reminder of how hard I've worked which is why I've left them on there... & to nudge me to NOT LET GO!
    I'm off up into London with the kids & EX - so MUST be looking at my best!
    Have a good CD Day peeps and I'll catch up this afternoon xxx

    Morning everyone!

    I am very pleased with myself today as yesterday was the first day that I managed not to pick at something. Today I am telling myself that if I managed it yesterday then I can do it today. I have made an appt to see my new CDC next Wednesday and I really want to get my BMI below 40 by then (tough call, but what's a dream without a goal?)

    Hi to everyone else..memory has now failed me...for staying positive and having good days!

    I'm still suffering with this blasted cold...trying to stay off the drugs..frightened to throw myself out of Ketosis after so long.I don't think I could find the willpower to get back on track!

    I am feeling good today but absolutely freezing, will have to go and start the housework to warm myself up.

    My husband is also doing CD and has just phoned to say he has
    lost 11lbs this week, so jokingly says "no pressure on you for your weigh in on friday evening then" :eek:

    He has now lost 46lbs and he is the reason I started on CD myself, can't be heavier than my 6ft hubby :sigh:

    Here's to a good weigh in this week for me and everyone else.

    Hi all,
    Been busy all week with kids etc, so first time posting for a couple of days. It's been a hard week so far as had family staying and school holidays. Had a couple of slip ups 3 sausages a burger (no bun) and a few glasses of red wine :eek::sigh::sigh::(.
    However I remained in ketosis all week so hopefully no damage done.

    Hi everyone, hope you are all OK? I never seem to get time to pop on at the minute as work is stressing me out loads. They have sales on at work most days, with all sorts of different things. So I have been and bought a new scarf today - everyone in my office was buying them so thought I would treat myself too! Having a week of SS+/810 to see what sort of loss I have, and see if I am going to stick to that until I get to goal. Going OK so far, its really nice being able to sit down and eat with OH (even though we end up with different things). I had turkey, mushrooms and courgette on skewers with a bit of lettuce and it was the best thing ever! So I think thats whats on the menu tonight too!!! Good luck with all the WI's tonight!
