Well, I got the Region 1 DVD to play on my laptop and I've done day one.

That was much tougher than I thought it would be. I'm off out to buy some lighter weights tomorrow!

Jillian is a great trainer, but man, I am knackered and I didn't even finish all of circuit 3!!!

she is evil. the music really gets to me though. i might put on my own music and jus follow the dvd.

I used 4lb weights in each hand and it was way too much. I am going to buy some 2.5lb weights instead I think they are only £8 in argos so I'll get them tomorrow.

The music is pretty lame, but I think I need to hear Jillian's words of encouragement and scariness to make me carry on!

i use 2 large tins of heinz soup. at the gym the other day i used 2kg, in each hand, and i think it was just about right to break me into a sweat.

Guys,if ou wanna buy weights in argos are doing the Davina MCcall set of dumbells for £9.99,you get three sets there and they work out more cheaper.I've done the dvd on and off and try to start with a light weight and progess as you get use to it.

Just have to say I agree completely. Ive just finished day 1 and cant move.
