im back starting fresh today on extra easy
so far ive had for breakfast 2 aplen light
lunch muller light and loads of fruit then dinner eggs beans veggies saugages yummy and ya call this a diet xx wish me luck
 
Thats great hon. But 2 alpen, fruit and yoghurt might not be that filling until dinner? Just becareful you eat enough hon. Today I have already had a 2 egg ommelette with mushrooms and tomatoes, a yoghurt and a big bowl of fruit!
 
I agree with Purple star...dont forget, the more speed foods that you eat, the more weight you will loose. If you only survive on this amount, you are more likely to give in to temptation Hun.

Well done for starting back though!
