that my daily points allowance should be 21 instead of 22. Eek!!!!!

I am now 36 so I lose a point. Been doing weightwatchers on and off for a few years now and never realised your points changed when you get older. :eek::eek::eek:

Perhaps that's why I have been struggling a wee bit the past few weeks?

Hopefully I won't. My weigh in is Monday so will continue on 22 till then and then change it to 21. Hopefully I will get a good loss the following week.

Thanks, now on 21 points a day, see how I go on that. Since I had a huge loss this week I will be glad of a 1lb loss next week. :)

The extra point wont make much of a difference! :) You get 6 pts a day for maintenance i think so theres room for error :D

Wow you had a massive lose of 6lbs, did you do anything different?

The only thing I done different that week was starting to drink 2-3 litres of water a day including 2 mugs of green tea plus exercised 6 days but haven't changed food wise.

Water doesnt make much of a difference, maybe it was just your turn to have a good week :D Keep up with it!
