ooh a sperm whale's brain... hmm lol.
OMG - if you break down my weight loss - its the same as 3x the average 2 yr old! There is NO way I would be able to carry 3 toddlers around all day, everyday! Scary!
Scary indeed Red.

I was at the gyn this morning and my PT (how good does that sound? :D ) had a new piece of equipment for me to use.

Basically it's a fat suit , kinda like a tabard top that fastens round the waist with velcro and weighs 21lbs.

I couldn't believe how much harder a "normal" exercise routine was while wearing it, I was absolutely knackered!

Sobering to think I've been carrying more than that around with me for the last god-know how many years.........:( but it didn't half cheer me up to think that I'll never have to do it again (except in the gym!)

Love this -
I have lost the weight (almost) of a 5 foot 4 woman!!!

I also like to tell people I have lost half. - Half of me lol!

Yam - I had visions of you in this inflatable/weighted Sumo suit trying to do a work out until I re-read your post, lol

Peony - that loss is incredible!

Its terrible what we've put our bodies through but heah, thats all in the past now! :)
That is so much more interesting than sugar! Thanks for this!

Still Motivated

Thanks ladies - and you are welcome Myr, the absolute beauty of VLCD's is that they are the key to being who you want to be - only you stand in the way of getting where you want to be - if you stick to the rules, it WILL work! Good luck, look forward to seeing you where you want to be too!
Peony - WOW. Your before and after photos are just brilliant! You look stunning in the after! That is one massive achievement right there.

Thanks honey, that is very nice of you to say. I am a bit terrified of starting to eat food next week - I will have to keep the photos nearby to keep me on the straight and narrow!
