I accidentally picked up the wholemeal seeded pitta from asda, had one today thinking it was a healthy extra :(

Can someone tell me how many syns are in these?

Just take a look at the calories - it will be 1 syn per 20 calories
Sounds lovely! Don't think I've ever seen a seeded pitta bread.

Without seeing the product information I'm guessing they don't have enough fibre to make them a HEXb. As far as um aware it's only asda and the co-op wholemeal pittas that count as a b choice x

when SW select Healthy Extras a lot of things are taken into consideration, such as ingredients, fibre, calcium etc, unfortunately it isn't just down to calories.

As it doesnt qualify as a HEb, it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories, as there is no free food allowance.

I made the mistake yesterday and bought Tesco wholemeal pittas and they aren't a hexb either
