Started the Dukan diet yesterday - have 5-6 stone to lose ideally but as Tesco's say every little helps.
Im a terrible dieter & have PCOS too but the fatter Im getting the more depressed I am getting so time to give this one a whirl.

So far so good, lost 3lbs after 1st day on attack which was a bonus!! Day 2 going well so roll on the next 4 days !!

Hi, im doing 6 days, on day 4 today and so far a 5lb loss so im thrilled, still long way to go though lol x I do feel I could do longer but was advised to do 6 x

Grr am frustrated today, its TOTM during attack how bloomin great! No loss today, not sure now whether to do an extra day on attack as Im normally at my bloatedness for around 3 days, how annoying at such a cruical phase, i could cry :(

Don't worry about it, it is only water/bloat so you will continue to loose and no doubt get a lovely whoosing of the scales as the bloat goes. Thankfully totm is not a fat gain! Some women gain during totm so to sts is good :)
