Ok having a bit of a sticky time at the moment, maintained or - 0.5 lb or + 0.5 lb for the last 6 weeks, i have decided its time i did a food diary, so i can see why i can not shift that 1lb to take me to that 1stone award. Any comments very welcome good or bad.....
Friday 5th March 2010 (EE) Will update as the day goes on.
Breakfast - Melon pieces, Muller Light Maderian Yogurt.
Lunch - Prawn, smoked salomn, mixed with extra light salad cream (1 syn) and paprika 2 Slices of WW wholemeal bread (Hex B) (as pointed out thanks Meli) will add tomato, cucumber and lettuce to the sandwich.
Dinner - Lemon Chicken, with new pots with mixed veg and gravy (1 syn)
Snacks - Banana, handfull of grapes, Pot Noodle in a Mug Chicken Flavour (1 syn), 28g cheese (Hex A) and pickled onions
Drinks 2 coffee black, Herbal tea
Syns used - 3 so far
