Hi

Quick q - how many calories is a medium sized jacket potato oven baked?

I have looked everywhere but cant find a sensible answer.....are they ok for slim fast??

hi, that would roughly be around 200 calories!
yes fine as long as you dont go over your daily limit

I eat jacket potato quite alot and always count it as 175 calories - which is written on the packaging.
