    Hi all well i thought i would join everyone and do a food diary!

    Wed 7th Oct. Extra Easy Day (1st ever)

    Breakfast: Porridge (HEB) Milk (HEB)
    Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad, Strawberries, Melon, Mullar Yog

    Dinner: Grilled Chicken, roasted Veg with Savory Rice

    Snacks: Kelloggs Cranberry Bar (4.5 Syns)

    That isnt very much food Hun!!! You need to eat more fruit and veg! Is your milk a HeA not a HeB??
    Have a look at my diary to give you some ideas on meals, otherwise you are going to get really bored and/or hungry!!!
