Jade's lose a stone & maintain diary

Hi CC'ing people! :)

Im a minimins lurker who has decided to start a diary!

The majority of my life iv been the sort of girl i now hate HA! i was the girl who could eat whatever i wanted sit around all day drink what ever alcohol i wanted & NEVER picked the diet option.

Then suddenly my metabolism said no more.:cry:

Since then i have put on 2 stones, & have tried & tried but cant lose a thing.

Long story short, iv looked at all the diaries on here & i think CC'ing is best for me & has proven to work by all yous.

I would be grateful for any help from yous & look forward to hearing all your tips & reciepes.

So here i go wish me luck...............

So today so far

Breakfast - Special K bar 83cal
Lunch - Brown bread & chicken sarnie 300cal & Snack a Jack curls 88cal

Dinner - i think is going to be beef dinner with veg & gravy not sure how many cals this will be tho.

& im going to go for a nice long walk with the dogs to boost my cals
Yeah, dog walking is a great way to burn cals. Doesn't really work the same when I try and walk my cat!!! :D

hahah the thought of walking a cat on a lead its quiet funny, you could try it just stay away from dogs!!

Going to Body combat tonight its really good & im always sweating after ewwww.

I did Body Pump for the first time tonight...
SORE arms for me in the morning!!
Combat is my favourite though, I'm a sweaty mess at the end too!! :)

Hello :) I was the same for years. Eat all the rubbish I liked and never once set foot in a gym. Then I had three kids...... ;) good luck losing your two stone!! CC is really easy to stick at so I'm sure you'll have no trouble.

I doing alright at the moment just weekends! gr there so fatty atm

So yesterday was okay day

Breakfast - two slices of brown bread
Lunch - Bowl of soup & snack a jack curls (adicted to these should really lay off them)

Dinner - Slimming world chilli con carne

+ 1 hour walking dog as exercise

so was well with in my cals!! YEY
