Day 5 of week - 32/26pp used, 39/49 weeklies left, 1422 cal

Breakfast: 100ml SS milk (49cal/1pp), 2 weetabix (122cal/3pp), 50g grapes (31cal/0pp), apple (59cal/0pp)
Lunch: (estimations) 2 x seeded wholemeal bread (184 cal/5pp), 2 x ham (56cal/2pp), marg (35cal/1pp), apple (66cal/0pp)
Dinner: tesco light choices choc sundae (YUM!) (200cal/5pp), 2 three cheeses crispy pancakes (211cal/7pp), mixed veg (31cal/1pp), WW coconut cake (83cal/2pp), cereal bar (83cal/2pp)

Jaly jst out of curiosity, what is going on lol. A week ago when u started this thread u sed u were 10st? Then I noticed u sed u were in the 8's on gettin into the 8s forum. Have u made a mistake or lost over a stone in a week haha? Xx

yeah i used to do calorie counting with mfp it was very good to do! I think thats a good idea for you xxx

Breakfast: 2 weetabix (122cal/3pp), apple (72cal/0pp), banana (97cal/0pp), 100ml ss milk (49cal/1pp)
Lunch: apple (72cal/0pp), 2 x best of both bread (188cal/5pp), marg (35cal/1pp), 2 slices thick ham (56cal/2pp)
Afternoon: (Shattered! This was 6 o'clock and i was starving! Grabbed some relatively healthy snacks tho :p) choc orange cereal bar (80cal/2pp), 100g grapes (62cal/0pp)
Dinner: Wholegrain rice (206cal/5pp), 15g soft cheese (36cal/1pp), 3 slices wafer thin ham (33cal/1pp), choc mousse (85cal/2pp), 2 plums (44cal/0pp), just did an english essay and really craved choc - penguin (needed to use up all pp anyway! :p) (106cal/3pp)

Revising aye :p Had a really good day foodwise tho, (so far!) lots of weeklies left if I fancy a treat!! walked around Sainsburys STARVING and resisted the urge to pick anything up! Burned 393 calories through walking/just dance today too!!

Breakfast: 4pp

2 plums (43cal/0pp)
100ml semi-skimmed milk (49cal/1pp)
Weetabix (122cal/3pp)

Morning: 2pp

Raisin and hazelnut cereal bar (yum!) (83cal/2pp)

Lunch: 6pp

100g wholegrain rice (165cal/4pp)
3 slices wafer thin ham (33cal/1pp)
Orange (39 cal/0pp)
WW raspberry fromage frais (48cal/1pp)

Afternoon:

WW coconut cake slice (83cal/2pp)

Evening:

Chicken breast (101cal/2pp)
Cheese (82cal/2pp)
Peas (51cal/2pp)
60g pasta (196cal/5pp)

This is where it went pear shaped :( but, last day of week and i've still only used 17/49 weeklies so, i'll try not to feel too guilty :)
