All ready for a fresh start tomorrow :):) xx

Sounds like you've had a lovely few days Jan. So glad after all the stress you had before Christmas. Look at you with selling your paintings :)
Good luck with your restart tomorrow x

Thanks T ... I said it's for sale - shouldn't think it'll sell ;) .. I still get a kick out of seeing it hanging there though :) xx

Getting my subscription in ;) xx

LOL! I'm a numbty ... posted this in my old thread with replying to bev & Tan in there ... forgot about this one ... DUR!!! But here we are now ;)

Been a good girl foodwise today :)

Breakie - 4 tablespoons of 0% vanilla yoghurt with 1.5tblsps oat bran

Lunch - Pack of roast chicken bits from Sainsbury's

Tea - I have a brisket joint in the slow cooker which DH & I will have some of & I'll probably take some to work with some boiled eggs and other cooked meats, a few pickles and a gherkin. I need to sort out the meats & things I've got in the fridge - fingers crossed the dates are ok! xx

BTW - Took Mum for her monthly eye check up this morning and she's got to have another injection in her eye ***BLEURGHHH*** :( xx

Looking great today Jan :D
Ouchie for your mums injection :( Hope she will be ok?x

She's not looking forward to it but que sera sera and all that ... if it improves her sight she'll be pleased :) xx

Aww Jan- your poor mum that sounds nasty. Hoping it will make a difference for her x

So sorry to hear about your Mun. I hope it helps her.

Hope the injection improves things for your mum Jan.

You seem to be getting back in the swings of things again, foodwise.

Thanks guys :)

It's a case of having to Bev  ... I don't know quite where my head's been the last few weeks ... or maybe it's just that, before Christmas anything happening after christmas seems soooooo far off BUT! I have 9 weeks to lose about 21lbs and stabilise at that weight :(:( .. Okay i haven't weighed 'officially' but the old scales give me a good idea and that's about the size of the problem! EEEEEEEEEEK!!!!!

I know it's do-able - I'm just so pig sick that i let it get to this :(

About 15lbs would see me back at target but the extra would see me comfortable and feeling good - at the same weight as when we went to Kef in September ... why did I never lose what i put on then??!!

It'd be lovely to understand why we do these things but in the absence of that understanding i guess i'll just have to get on with it! :( ;)

A 2nd good day today is a start i suppose

Breakie - 0% vanilla yog with 1.5tblspns oat bran

Tea - slices roast chicken, wafer thin roast beef, cottage cheese with chives & 2 gherkins

Work - ham, chicken, beef, pickles & gherkin & 2 boiled eggs xx

See, you know its do-able Jan, thats the first step - being positive that you can do it :) You're menus have been really good lately too :D

I wish we could all know why we let ourselves do it I don't think it'd stop me tho! :rotflmao:

Hope work was alright last night. You in again tonight too? xx

Yup last night tonight then in again wed, thur, fri.
I can keep this up with food okay but I'm already having a battle with myself re having drink tomorrow night :(
Of course I should just be able to say I won't have any ... But I don't want to!! *** stamps feet*** ;) xx

Tea - Chicken, beef, cottage cheese, few pickles & gherkin
0% vanilla yoghurt

ohhhhh why can't we resist the alcohol?!!! it's just nice to have on our days off isnt it! Hope work is going ok for you tonight?x

Food looking great, Jan. I know what you mean about enjoying the dwinkies! But, if you are in strict diet mode at the minute, it will help keep you on track if you can avoid or drastically limit the vino! It works for me anyway. Just keep your goal in mind.

Nights going ok ta Tan ... if bit slow ;)

The dwinkies don't make me eat Molly so they won't send me off track food wise. Obviously It'd be better not to have them but I'm not feeling the determination :( xx

Wow, you're doing really well foodwise at the moment, well done you for reigning it in.

You mentioned Kefalonia earlier, my daughter and future son in law will be honeymooning there in June. Told them it comes highly recommended by you!

Ooooo yeah deffo HIGHLY recommended - as long as they're not looking for clubs & stuff :)
Where are they going?? xx
