January 2009 - Starters

I've got PMK too and use some of his other books/CDs, especially the confidence one which helped me a lot. I'm going to start using him again when going back to food :)

Well I lost 1.5lb this week. Considering I had that lapse last sunday it's not bad really. I'm also taking the attitude that I now have about 6 or 7 weeks to lose that last stone (to make the minimum loss on foundation) so a slow week really isn't going to matter.

Oh.. it also means I have an overweight bmi now, and under 90kg, and over 2 stone down ! :D So some great targets met.

PB - which one of the PMK books is it that you read? Have heard good things about him.
 
Yeah that's right daisy. I thought I was overweight this week but I worked out my bmi and it's like 30.008! doh!

Emveg, it was the "I can make you Thin" one. I also bought Gillian thingy's book (Eat Less) but I read some and it wasn't really talking my language. I may read it some point in the future.

Well done all you losers, great achievements again this week, and keep up the possitive attitutes it's infectious.

I'm about 3/4 way through Gillian's "Eat Less" book and there's some real nuggets in there. Not all of it's relevent but well worth looking at.

Also have Paul's book & CD, will put that on the list for when I get to RTM in about 6-7 weeks time. I remember thinking that it all seemed very sensible last time, but can't remember why I didn't follow it up!!

I really like Gillians book, there are certain parts that just completely spoke to me. Like sean says - Not all relative but there are some big 'ol lightbulb moments hidden in it. Will look at getting PMK as well before the big day (RTM!)

Well done susianna. I don't think I'm going for a good one this week either because of being female!!

Anyway, who was it who found out what we could be losing? Was it you Sean??? Most of us have reached half way (me today, hooray!! ) and we've collectively lost 34 stone. That is equivalent to.....?????????
 
Well done on your losses - it all counts.

I'm preparing myself for a slower week this week - I think I'm different to 90% as I always lost weight at TOMT and then put it on the week after.

Had a painful couple of days but no lapsing - and this would have been a big trigger time for me!

Oh - I can see my heartbeat in my belly - random I know - but it spooked me out earlier but apparently its semi normal for smaller weights! Whoop.
