hay guys!

thought id pop in to say well done to everyone, im so proud of everyones pics, if not a little bit green with envy!

im slowly getting there, im about a stone down from when i stopped LL, its a long hard road but i guess ill get there. im thinking about maybe seeing my GP and seeing if i am fit enough to restart LL i could really do with the help to loose the last few stone before june x

SIIM great to see you still here. You have been theough a lot of personal stuff and I'm pleased you can start FOundation again. I'm a bit sad to be moving into developers in a way.

Anyone know what the group discussion is focussed on during Development? Is there a book to go with it or are we still dipping in and out of the Foundation handbook?

4lb off for me again, so very, very happy. Last night with the girls, all are moving to developers so it was a farewell for me! Feeling pretty good about starting RTM in 12 days!

well done everyone. isn't it amazing that we're at the end of foundation already? i can't believe how quickly it's gone.

i've got another couple of weeks left and still deciding whether to go straight to rtm or development but looking through all the threads has really helped me not be too worried about it.

well done again - some of the photos are amazing!

WOO HOO - week 14 WI, another 5lbs off so that's 6stone 1lb gone forever.

Also officially 'overweight' which was my goal so well chuffed!

2 more weeks then RTM for me, I picked up the books last night & looking forward to reading them over the weekend.

What's the problem Sukhi? I know RTM is challenging as it forces us to confront f##d head-on, got to happen sometime.

I know you'll work your way through it though, keep going
 
1.5lb today and I am so full to brusting I'm peeeeeeed off!

I am now 13 stone dead, the 12's seem to be avoiding me. I have taken 4 Dulcolax this week and nothing has happened. LLC said to try Dulcoease instead. NEXT WEEK!!!!!! My last official week too.
 
How frustrating FT, that will be the reason tho if you haven't "been" for a while. Dulcolax has stopped working for me now too, I think perhaps if you take it regularly then your body gets used to it and no longer has the same effect ... I took a Senocot Max the other evening instead and that worked great ... much better than the Dulcolax ever did so maybe give that a go if Dulcoease doesn't do it for you.

You'll probably loose masses next week once it's "all gone" lol!

Ahhh FT - nothing like a good blocked pipe to keep you away from your 12s!! Hope its...ummmm...unblocked soon and you see you're loss on the scales :D
 
Also - have decided to put my target back down to P stone 7lb. It mean and extra 3lb to add the the 2lb to lose in the week and 5 days between my last meeting this past Wednesday and Monday 20th...which I think is do-able to be honest...plus I only changed the goal because I didn't see the point in Developers for a week, so thought I'd make do - but seems I didn't need to :D Hopefully!

Wish I'd been sensible like that Emma, I had lowered my target twice and so was under my target by 7lbs but over the last week while thinking I wouldnt lose anymore I have ended up putting on 5lbs by my scales!!! It seems I still dont do eating sensibly :cry:
