1lb off for me please, sad I didn't meet my target, but happy I had no gains during January. Feel very motivated so thats the main thing.

Another 1lb off for me! I might be a slow loser but its coming off!! :D
Most on here are actually 1 or 2 lb a week losers, or maintains. Don't be disheartened, you persist and keep going, you only have to look at the fact that less than half actually bothered last week, makes you a winner in my eyes.

I agree with this-it's a shame the turnout was way down last week, like you said daz, just cos challenge target is reached, it's still nice to carry on til the end (not that I would know as I haven't reached my target, but you know what I mean lol)

I keep saying, it doesn't bother me, i will always be here for my weigh ins no matter if i achieve target or not (Believe it or not i actually did in my very first one, and been crap ever since, lol) but it is a little disheartening with all the work i have done to make the sheet and for people to just not turn in. But hey, its only themselves that they are accountable to, not me or Texty. This is purely to help people along, great if they don't need it.

Hi Daz, +1lb for me this week, think I'm going to give up for Jan and start again in Feb with a clear head.

I hear ya, I will be here for weigh ins too, nice to have a place to be accountable otherwise I would be off the rails lol

Couldn't agree with that more, I met get bit confused with my own weigh in dates, but it's so lovely to have a place to see everything plan and clear and it really makes you reflect on the reasons you have/haven't lost.

It's my first challenge and knowing I had an aim kept me going. Thank you, I had wondered if 11lb was too much in month 2 but I smashed that target!

I want another good loss next month as I'm 40 mid march. I'd love to lose another stone (and a pound) to get beneath 15 stone and the lightest I've been since my 20s!

Hey, it may not be the amount You hoped for, but its a loss over the total period of the challenge. Keep going. :D

I lost 1lb this week, challenge lost but I'm just glad to be back on track after Xmas
Not "lost", there is nothing to lose while you keep trying. :D
