Back again for the nth time but every January I just weigh a few pounds heavier than the one before and i am SO FED UP:mad:.....Doing this from home but quite determined as all my clothes are so tight after putting on 9lbs in December :sigh:

Sunday - Extra Easy
B - HEX toast, beans, poached egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, HP sauce (1 syn), Banana

Lunch - Couple of pieces of lamb (whilst slicing the roast), bowl of mixed fruit, fat free strawberry yoghurt

Dinner - Roast leg of lamb, actifry roasties (2 syns for the oil), broccoli, cabbage, carrots, home made gravy with lamb stock (fat removed) and corn flour (1 syn), mint sauce (1 syn)
0% total fat free greek yoghurt with 2 teaspoons Skinny cow drinking chocolate (2 syns)

snacks - oatybar 3 syns, Curly wurly (6 syns)

HexA milk
Total syns - 16 (Ooopsie!! miscalculated that one :( )

Body magic - half hour uphill walk on treadmill

Gonna keep a better eye on the syns tomorrow

L- Half pack Ainsley Harriott spice sensation couscous (1syn), chicken breast, salad, 7 olives (1 syn), pickled onions. Mullerlight coconut and choc sprinkles. Tbsp hellmans extra light (1 syn)

D- chilli con carne with EL mince and chopped up courgettes, carrot celery, peppers,brown rice. Dash of white wine (1 syn) Total 0% Greek yoghurt with 2 teaspoons skinny cow drinking chocolate (2 syns)

D - chicken, squash, cauliflower curry with actifry chips, mullerlite

9 lbs in december will come off easy, I put on 6 and 1/2 in the 6 days over Xmas!! Good luck with 2012, your diary looks yummy

Thanks Vicki, unfortunately I've another 2 stone to go after the 9lbs :-( and I'm such a ssssllloooowww loser it's so depressing, although I'm hoping my 5 x a week exercise plan will speed things along a bit :)

I've really enjoyed my grub this week.....all good fresh homemade ingredients with a wee treat in the evening. Hoping I'll start seeing results as its * week at the mo and so far this week I'm showing a bit of a gain (darn * week!!)

B - Asda pitta hexb, bacon medallions, dry fried egg, chopped tomatoes, HP sauce (1 syn)

Hex A skimmed milk

L- cooked gammon (heaven on a plate), boiled egg, homemade low syn coleslaw (1 syn), lettuce, tomato, pickled cabbage, tbsp light salad cream (2 syns), yoghurt

snack - 22gm bag of snack a jack 4.5 syns ( succumbed to TOM craving, :p

D- left over chicken curry (as above) with rice, mullet lite yoghurt.

Snacks - apple, 2 truffles (4 syns)

Total syns -12.5

L- ham, chicken salad with homemade coleslaw (1 syn), egg, salad veg, tbsp salad cream (2syns), Mullerlight

D- Actifry chips, mushy pea chicken curry, big dollop of homemade coleslaw (1 syn), mushrooms, Mullerlight

Snack - 22gm snackajacks 4.5 syns, mini Cadbury caramel 4 syns

Total syns - 12.5

Forgot to add in my water intake each day. Aim to drink approx 2 litres daily.....

Weight wise a whole half pound off!!! Grrrr....but as its * week I'll turn a blind eye

D - several spoonfuls of different Chinese meals with boiled rice, a couple of chips....a few Doritos with hummus, a couple of celebrations....can't possibly syn it as have no idea but defo went over syns but not too bad

Back on track......ha! Not!

B - hexb pitta, 2 bacon medallions, dry fried egg, banana, cherries .......and then it all went slightly askew!

L - didn't have any as was going to a funeral but had to go buy some Bernard Matthews chicken slices and a packet of velvet crunch (4 syns) to keep me away from the Sarnies and buns in the church hall afterwards. Then had 2 choccie fingers (3 syns)

HexA milk

D - arrrgh!! Brought home sausage and chips for family and had about 10 chips so no idea how many syns....and a yoghurt, some cherries

Then made some syn free super healthy chicken minestrone sort of soup. 2 bowls of that Followed by a Mullerlight

Suppose not too bad but am craving choccie now for some reason

Gonna try a few green and red days to see if it makes any difference as after 2 weeks on EE I've lost a massive .....drumroll....2lbs :-( despite exercising my butt off....grrrrr! But better off than on I suppose....think my metabolism is shot to hell after years of diet abuse!

Red day

B - hex b porridge with blueberries and banana

Snack - apple

L - chicken breast, salad of tomatoes, lettuce, homemade coleslaw (1 syn), tbsp light salad cream (1 syn), boiled egg, grapes, blueberries, strawberries with yoghurt

Snack- 2 prunes, 1 syn, grapes, cherries

D - actifried hexb potato, courgette, mushroom, squash with slices of gammon. Grapes, blueberry with meringue nest (2.5 syns), Mullerlight

HexA- 45gms low fat cheddar, skimmed milk

Packet velvet crunch - 4 syns, treat size maltesers, 5.5 syns

Red day

Now I'm seriously hacked off......one of my precious 2 lost pounds has re-appeared yet AGAIN!!! It did this last week and only disappeared yesterday.....I really feel like throwing in the towel and going back to the drawing board :-(.

L- gammon with egg, salad, homemade coleslaw (1 syn), tbsp light salad cream (1 syn), cherries, yoghurt

Am having to re-assess everything at present due to fact I've had virtually no weight loss on SW in 3 weeks.....despite all the exercise and healthy eating....so I've suspended my food diary and am trying low carb at present which appears to have started things moving in the right direction. I can only assume that there is something i was eating that didnt agree with me, carb wise ( i really dont know :-( )
