    I get um frm tesco, in the fresh pizza bit. not all tesco's stock um tho...

    i make ma own pizza's wen i can be bothered... ww naan bread garlic n herb (3ppoints) passata (0pp) 20g cheese (2pp) fresh tomatoes (0pp).... 5mins under grill... yums!!

    Ok, so not updated for ages... Need to get back on track, but I've totally lost motivation.

    Right, this is ydays diary.

    Breakfast
    WW brown bread x2 =2pp
    Laughing cow = 1pp
    Coffee n milk = 1pp

    Lunch
    Home made zero point soup = 0pp
    Mild cheese = 4pp
    Cheeky chutney snack a jack crisps = 2pp
    Coffee n milk = 1pp
    WW carrot cake = 5pp

    Dinner
    Micro chips = 4pp
    WW beef lasagne = 7pp
    Brussels = 0pp
    Carrots = 0pp

    Red wine = 3pp

    29 daily used, 1 weekly... Not bad....

    Bloody messed up today. Started well, but this evening I've bin naughty :(

    Trout fillet 4pp

    5 x blueberry cake slices.... Damn not being individually wrapped!!!!!!! 11pp

    Daily points 29/29 Weekly points 9(37 left)

    Need to start postin back on here.... Whether other people read them or not...

    I have been doing that, not putting the extra 'glass of wine' ere, or the' cheese on top of that' into ma tracker.... I kno I'm only lyin to maself, but I don't care. Lol.

    The whole reason of restarting this diary is to be true to myself and others who care to read it. Lol. I need people to shout at me n tell me I'll neva lose the weight I wana if I don't stick to plan. Lol... I kno it, but i jus don't av the motivation at d mo... X

    I'm actually wondering if spreading ma weeklies out like I have this week, rather than havin (drinking) them all on one night out.... Hmm....

    Ya, I kinda think that works too.
    What I did this week was had one nite out. I stayed within my 29 with my food that day (28 to be exact).
    Then had 7 G&T's at 3 PTs each (substitute any 3Pt drink if ur choice) and was fairly well on (lite weight!)
    I then had 29 weeklies left to spread out over week...
    I wasn't overly hungry this week but think it will work for me in general....

    As for earlier-was watching a programme on old mental asylums and then u asked to be shouted at.... It all added up easily in my head!! :)

    So far, so good... Had 24pp 2day, 5 left... Weigh in tomorrow... Hoping for a loss. Even tho the start of the week was shaky I've defo bin good enuf for a loss the rest of the week.... *fingers crossed*
