    1 Alpen light cereal bar 1pt
    Lunch
    Just drank loads of water and went to gym as i knew i was making carbonara for dinner and it uses a lot of points.
    Dinner
    100g fresh pasta 4pts
    egg yolk 1.5pts
    100g single cream 6pts
    1/2 garlic bread h/l 3.5pts
    onion 0pts
    2 bacon all fat cut off 2pts(not sure)
    EV olive oil 2.5pts
    1 can diet coke 0pts
    water 0pts

    going to have this later

    Pkt crisps 2pts
    Turkish delight 3pts

    25.5 points used, saved 1.5pts :D

    Not including bonus points from gym.

    Couldnt face a breakfast today, jumping right onto dinner. Did drink loads of water.

    Another night out to celebrate celtics win.
    15 vodkas and diet coke 15pts:break_diet:

    1 roll 2pts
    potato scone 1.5pts

    did dance a good majority of the night probably earned atleast 2 pts, and my point i had to play with so just over by 0.5 so not too bad i think.

    Starter: Chicken cesar salad ?5pts
    Main: Chicken breast with haggis, mashed potato with peppercorn sauce ?7pts
    Sweet: Meringue nest with fresh fruit 2pts
    14 vodkas and diet coke 14 pts
    Danced a good bit of the night must have earned atleast 1 or 2 pts i'll say 1 to be safe

    32 points used, using my saved points from yesterday (4) and my earned point from dancing :D

    remembered i had a bread roll last night with butter so no saved points for today
