Last time I did a VLCD I threw out all clothes bigger than a 12. Am wearing an 18 now so will be a while before I can wear my old jeans! Well done to everyone who is fitting into their old stuff- I am looking forward to wearing my nice skinny clothes and ditching my fatty ones! xx
