Hi guys!!

Well I have tryed calorie coutning for a while now and although I did lose 8 pounds I just cannot stick to it. I go through periods of eating really well and then bingeing!

Anyways atkins has always reaaallyy appealed to me! Its all food that I absolutly love! So as of today with 21 pounds to lose I am giving atkins a go! I am a newbie so some advice would be great!! :) Thankyou

Tuesday 16th November

Brunch- 2x fried eggs, 2 slices of bacon

Snack- 2 slices of ham, 15g cheese

Dinner- 3x egg omelette, 100g tomato, 25g cheese, 2 slices of bacon

Drinks- Water

Question..!! My cheese on the carbohydrates sayd nil.. does this mean theres none?? this cant be right surely! Im a bit crap at reading food labels! i need a lesson!! Any teachers?? lol xx
