Thanks for popping in!

Yes I am on extra easy Donna – joined on extra easy so its all I know J
I normally split my HEB so for HEB will have 1 Alpen bar and 2 Ryvita wholegrain cracker breads or 1 piece of miniature bread lol which = my full HEB, I really struggle with my HEA I drink tea but normaly no more than 3 a day and so part of my HEA is milk but then I have no use for the rest of it, every now and then I might have a laughing cow extra light but apart from that I don’t really feel the need to use all my HEA
I do find extra easy …well easy to follow!
