So i stayed the same this week, no loss :(
and i really dont know why!
ive done excersise, eaten loads of superfree and kept my syns to under 5 most days!
im so close to target and just getting :mad: now!

Tomorrow will hopefully have more fruit/salad/veg :)
 
1/2 till target but boyfriends and mother birthday this week so have had many more syns than i should!
weigh in day tomorrow so hopefully having a good day today!

So i hit TARGET!

Still trying to do slimming world 100% as would like to be at the lower end of my target range!
But since hitting target all the naughty habbits like picking on biscuits inbetween meals and munching while im cooking are coming back!
So coming back to the food diary to get back on track!

hi jennibells well done hitting ur target :happy096: thats the only thing i worry about when i get to target - keeping there have lost weight hundreds of times b4 but put it back on again, good luck keeping it off x
