Hi Val, i put on 1lb last week (as of wednesday) so hoping to have that off this week! got a bit excited about being so close to target and went a bit over board!! - how are you doing?

Hey Mazie

Its basically quiche without the pastry

1 pot of fat free cottage cheese
2 eggs
chopped peppers, toms, courgette, onion, mushroom, ham (whatever u fancy rele), mix together, fry light a baking dish and add mixture, cook for about 30 mins or until top is golden brown, if you like a more squishy quiche add another egg! (Before cooking of course) :)
 
hi hun i've had a blinkin awful cough and cold the 2nd lot this month so my eating hasn't been very good have been exsisting on milky coffee cause i can't taste anything and have no appetiete :eek: did mange eggs on toast today then was going to have a roast for dinner but just had chicken and stuffing then felt stuffed :( have only lost 1 3/4lb over the last 2 weeks but at least its in the right direction got another 11lb to lose to get to my target weight then i will re-access and see if i need to lose any more weight, my face goes too thin if i lose to much and at my age can't afford to look craggy lol, will keep my fingers crossed for a good weigh in this week x

ahh val thats not good (the colds!) at least your still loosing, and hope your feeling better? yeah im the same ive got the 3.5lbs left - i could still loose more but im happy at the moment so i might stick at target (when i get there!) for a few months ands then see how i feel if i want to loose more.
im sure you wont look craggy!
