Jenni's Core food diary

    I'm starting Core today, so here goes.
    I'm starting it mainly because I don't want to be eating the rubbish I was on Points!
    Also, I have to have my antibiotics on an empty stomach, so 3 set meals a day makes it easier :)

    Didn't have breakfast, I'm saving it til later.

    Noodles in bouillon

    Fried egg
    Low fat yoghurt

    I'm going to have cornflakes (skimmed milk) later because I didn't have breakfast and otherwise I'll be starving when I'm still awake at midnight.

    Sat 27th

    Venison with veg and mashed potato

    Will be bacon and eggs. Yum. :p

    Late-night meal
    Will be rice krispies.

    Mini roll (2.5 pts)

    Sun 28th

    Roast pork
    Roast potatoes (I've counted them for my 2tsp of oil!)
    Cracking (1 pt)
    Mini milk (0.5 pts)

    Bacon and eggs again :eek:
    Mini milk (0.5 pts)

    Late night snack
    Rice krispies
    2x mini milks (1 pt)

    Yes, I was going to say that you seem to be a bit hooked on the old mini milks :)

    So I could have 6 a day..!

    Mon 29th

    Ryvitas with low fat soft cheese and ham.
    Huuuge bowl of peas :D

    Pasta with soft cheese and Quorn mince
    (Don't do this, it turned the cheese brown and wasn't very nice! :()

    Late night snack
    Rice krispies

    4 mini milks (2pts)
    Breadsticks (1pt) I only realised after I ate a points worth that they were the cheese ones. Blergh.

    I've had a bad day today :eek:

    Noodles in bouillon
    Ryvitas with soft cheese and ham

    Quorn spaghetti bolognese

    Snacksize rubbish (dairy milks, flakes...)
    4 mini milks (2 pts)

    Debating if I should bother with my bowl of cereal (since I've finished the rice krispies anyway...)

    OK, OK, I probably shouldn't have started on the chocolate, I know I can't stop myself :eek: but then I'll wake up in the morning and be 9st 6 or something probably, so I have to keep it off this time :eek:
