I'm starting Core today, so here goes.
I'm starting it mainly because I don't want to be eating the rubbish I was on Points!
Also, I have to have my antibiotics on an empty stomach, so 3 set meals a day makes it easier
Didn't have breakfast, I'm saving it til later.
Lunch:
Noodles in bouillon
Dinner:
Fried egg
Low fat yoghurt
Banana
I'm going to have cornflakes (skimmed milk) later because I didn't have breakfast and otherwise I'll be starving when I'm still awake at midnight.
