Restarted extra easy Monday 4th Jan
Breakfast: 2 weetabix (hxb), Milk (hxa), banana.
Snack: mullerlight, apple, pear
Lunch: couscous and chickpeas with salad and 1 tbs balsamic dressing (?2 syns)
Snack: Grapes and satsuma, small handful of quorn fajita strips
Dinner: 2 quorn sausages, SW chips, Baked beans and mushrooms
Treat: 2 glasses of wine (12 syns) and small piece of stilton (5.5).

Did not plan to have the cheese but it just jumped out of the fridge into my mouth- sooner its gone the better!
