    Wed 3/11/10

    A: 250ml Semi Skim milk
    B: 42g All Bran

    B: Mixed fruit: Pineapple, melon, kiwi, apple, banana
    + Vanilla Mullerlight + All Bran

    L: Rustic Minestrone Soup (SW Mag recipe)

    D: Chicken & Ham Soup (SW Recipe), Fillet Steak, syn free peppercorn sauce, Sweetcorn, hassleback potatoes, mixed fruit (pineapple, melon, mango, strawberry, grapes) + mullerlight.

    Drinks: Tea

    Syns: 0

    4/11/10

    A: 250 Semi
    B: 2 x Weetabix

    B: Mixed fruit (see above) + weetabix + mullerlight

    L: Minestrone Soup

    D: Lamb & Turnip Rogan Josh (SW Recipe) with Spring greens

    Mullerlight

    Drinks: Tea

    Syns: 1/2 (Rogan josh)

    A: 250ml Semi
    B: 55g Wholemeal Pitta Bread

    B: Mixed Fruit + Mullerlight

    L: Salad (Lettuce, cucumber, pepepr, carrot), Fat free cottage cheese, 3 rashers lean unsmoked bacon.

    D: Invented Bolognese: Lean Mince (fat drained), passata, tomatoes, onion, garlic, carrot, leek, celery, stock pot, rosemary. NO pasta, eaten with pitta bread.

    Drinks: water, tea, 2 x black coffee.

    Syns: Alpen Light Choc & orange, 4.5
    22g Snack a Jacks 5 TOTAL 9.5

    I should probably drink more water! Or anything other than tea.

    Looking good, but you need to eat your syns. 0 and 1/2 a day is NOT sticking to the plan 100%. You must have at least 5 a day. At first i would say eat the full 15 a day. As you start to get closer to target you can then cut them back if you need to. but if you already on low syns then you have nothing to cut back. Get eating them syns :)

    Honey, I'm trying to save them all for a weekend so I can neck a bottle of wine and eat 8 packets of snack a jacks when x factor is on! Is that bad??

    A: 250ml Semi
    B: 3 Slices WW Brown Danish

    B: 3 x Bacon, 3 x eggs, 3 x quorn sausages, spoonful spaghetti hoops, loads of mushrooms.

    No Lunch

    D: Homemade Scouse: Beef, onion, carrot, potato, swede, stock cube, served with lots of broccoli and pickled beetroot.

    Syns: Alpen Light bar (choc & orange) 4.5
    Snack a Jacks 22g x 2: 10
    3 x Glasses dry white wine 18 TOTAL 32.5

    7/11/10

    A:250 ml Semi
    B: 3 x WW B Danish

    B: 3x Bacon, 3x Eggs, lots of mushrooms, 3 slices toast

    No Lunch

    D: Salad (lettuce, pepper, spring onion, carrot) with chicken in cajun spice, pasta, quark.
    Mixed tropical fruit: Pineapple, mango, melon, kiwi with activia raspberry snackpot.

    Syns: Snack-a-Jacks 22g: 5
    Alpen Light: 4.5
    Velvet Crunch: 4 TOTAL 13.5

    Drinks (both days): Tea, water.

    B: Pineapple & Melon, Activia Snack Pot 2 x Alpen Bar

    L: Syn free Goulash (SW Recipe) made with tomatoes, peppers, beef.

    D: Syn free turkey burgers (SW Recipe) made with courgettes, onion. Sweet potato chips, salad (lettuce, cucumber, pepper) in balsamic vinegar dressing (free I hope)
