I've decided I'm goin to be keen and do a food diary after other ppl have said they use them to look back when they've had good losses what they ate.
I'm doing EE but I'm breastfeeding so I have 6 HEx's a day.
Also I tend to do my 1/3 superfree over the whole day... I usually have LOADS with my tea!!!

Oops!! Normally I write down my syns as I go along throught the day and I didn't today... Completely forgot about the 1.5 syns with breakfast when I had my jaffa cakes!!

Tuesday

This morning was weigh in and I lost 1 pound. I'm a bit dissapointed so I'm going to reasess my portion sizes and rethink the amount of superfree I eat. I'm also going to try and fit in some more exercise.

I've been doing SW since the end of Nov. I've also done it for a couple of months before after my first child was born.
I think I'm getting into the swing of things again after christmas :)

Hey. This is my second week. Think I'm getting the hang of it! I'm amazed at how much I can actually eat!
Just made some pea and ham soup for tomorrow and its yummy! Def enjoying it! Keep up the good work!! x

Hey Jen, I'm not keen on quorn either. I've bought some sausages from asda that are 1syn each. They aren't that good though, they used to do some low fat linconshire ones that were really nice but they don't seem to do them any more!!! I really like the morrisons eat smart frozen sausages, they're really nice but they're 3 syns each. I'm on the hunt for some good low fat linconshire sausages, or just normal ones so let me know if you find any! Alot of ppl buy Joe's sausages but I'm waiting till I've got more pennies before I order some!
